Data we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone (optional), chosen plan and message. No other personal data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Processors
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to us by email. Site delivery and security are handled by Cloudflare. These providers do not use your data for any other purpose.
Retention
Your data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or securely archived.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to contact@craftmyapp.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
